Your patient information is available in your MyBILH Chart account, including appointment history, lab results, medications, billing, and more. How do I pay my bill?
- If you have a payment plan in Mount Auburn MyChart for care received on or before October 3, 2025, your payment plan will automatically end on October 1, 2026. If you would like to keep making automatic monthly payments, please call our Customer Service team at 617-655-6849. We can help you set up a new payment plan.
- Services provided on or after October 4, 2025 will be billed and mailed to you on a paper BILH patient statement. You can also view and pay your bill through the new patient portal .
